What is the Slenderiiz program

Slenderiiz is the weight control system by Partner.Co (formerly Ariix / NewAge), which can be done independently but is best supported by someone who has already been through it. It is based on three key products and a normal diet — no crash dieting.

The program products

  • Day & Night Drops

    The iconic homeopathic drops of Slenderiiz. In the morning they help reduce appetite; in the evening they support the overnight metabolism.

  • Body Balance

    Protein and vitamin shake. Replaces one main meal with a balanced intake (proteins, fibre, vitamins, minerals).

  • Purenourish · Giving Greens

    Protein and chlorophyll supplement. Stable energy and calm digestion, even on intensive program days.

What to eat in the 28 days

It is not a crash diet: you eat normally, but with simple rules. The idea is to reduce blood sugar spikes and give the body the right micronutrients to lose fat (not muscle).

Example of a typical Slenderiiz day:

  • Morning (on waking): Slenderiiz Day Drops + 1 glass of warm water
  • Breakfast: Coffee or tea + 2 slices wholegrain bread + cottage cheese or eggs
  • Snack: 1 piece of fruit + 10 almonds
  • Lunch: Body Balance (or a balanced solid meal max. 400 kcal)
  • Afternoon snack: raw vegetables or 1 Greek yoghurt
  • Dinner: lean protein + cooked or raw vegetables — no carbohydrates
  • Evening (before bed): Slenderiiz Night Drops

5 tips to stay on track

  1. Drink plenty. At least 2 litres per day. Water is the first lever for weight loss.
  2. Walk 30 minutes daily. No gym required — just movement.
  3. Sleep 7 hours. High cortisol blocks weight loss.
  4. Weigh yourself once a week, not daily.
