The 8 Partner.Co Income Streams: How the Plan Works, Explained Simply

If you are considering starting an online network marketing business, one of the first things to analyse is the compensation plan. How are commissions paid? What are the real growth opportunities?

The Partner.Co marketing plan, an award-winning multiline system that combines the best of binary, unilevel and affiliate models, includes 8 distinct income streams.

In this article, we will analyse each source in detail, with particular attention to the rules and protections provided specifically under Italian law.

1. Retail Incentive (Retail Profit)

The foundation of any serious commercial activity is product sales. With the Retail Incentive, you sell Partner.Co products directly to consumers at full price and earn up to 30% profit.

  • How it works: customers buy through your personalised online shop or through ready-made promotional baskets that you can send via chat. Partner.Co manages shipping and logistics, and the margin is credited to you.
  • Rule for Italy: unlike other international markets, in Italy retail profit is always paid, from the very first euro, with no turnover requirements or mandatory monthly qualifications.

2. New Volume Offset Bonus (NVO)

This bonus rewards speed in the initial stage of your business, allowing you to earn up to 30% on purchases made by new customers during their first 28 days from registration.

  • The Business Level: the exact percentage of your NVO (from 15% to 30%) depends on the Business Level (Activated, Business, Elite or Ultimate) that you set in the first 8 weeks of business based on the sales volume generated.
  • Lifetime advantage: once your Business Level has been established, the related benefits and calculation percentages remain locked forever.

3. Base Commissions

Base Commissions represent the long-term earnings structure and are unlocked when you start building a team of collaborators, from two to five lines.

  • The multiline plan logic: you receive 15% of the generated volume (PV) from all your profit lines (Pay Lines), excluding the one with the highest turnover in that week, known as the Power Line.
  • Unlimited horizontal expansion: unlike the classic binary plan, which limits you to only two lines, with Partner.Co you can open up to 4 profit Pay Lines at the same time, optimising volume both horizontally and vertically.

4. Savings Bonus

A real accumulated fund that the company adds as an extra to your standard commissions.

  • How it unlocks: as soon as your weekly Base Commissions reach at least $250, Partner.Co sets aside an additional 15% of that amount for you.
  • Lump-sum payment: this extra is accumulated until it reaches $10,000, at which point the full amount is transferred to you in a single payment. After that, you continue to receive up to $500 weekly, paid monthly.

5. Matching Bonus

This bonus is designed to reward cooperation and training: you earn a direct percentage on the Base Commissions achieved by members of your team, down to 7 generations of depth.

  • The percentages: you earn 15% on the commissions of direct representatives (first generation) and decreasing percentages on the following generations.
  • No limits: the Matching Bonus is unlimited. The more you help people in your team earn Base Commissions, the more your bonus grows.

6. Income Position Bonus

Partner.Co allocates 2% of global company sales to a special fund reserved for those who expand the business vertically.

  • How it works: you earn shares of this global pool for each Income Position (your main or additional income position) that is “optimised”, meaning it reaches the maximum weekly Base Commissions cap ($2,000).

7. Pay Line Bonus

Similar to the previous bonus, but focused on horizontal growth. Partner.Co sets aside 1% of global worldwide turnover to redistribute in shares.

  • How it works: you unlock these global shares when you optimise a second (or further) Pay Line in addition to the first and the Power Line. It is an ideal source for consolidating a long-term economic legacy.

8. Lifestyle Rewards

As you carry out your daily activity (sales, registrations and career advancements), you accumulate special Lifestyle Credits.

  • How to spend them: these credits can be converted directly to cover the costs of company trips, exclusive holidays, official events and advanced training sessions.

Rules and AGCM compliance for the Italian market

Unlike the United States or other foreign countries, direct selling in Italy is regulated very strictly (Law 173/2005) to protect both workers and consumers.

  1. No mandatory self-consumption: in Italy, the 100 PV qualification needed to receive team bonuses (from point 3 to point 8) must come exclusively from sales generated to real customers. The distributor’s personal purchases are not allowed for qualification purposes.
  2. Tax transparency: commissions are subject to withholding tax at source as a final tax (not combined with other income for IRPEF purposes) under the current regulations for home-to-home sales representatives.

Official income disclaimer: Network marketing is an independent profession based on merit and real sales. The earnings described above represent theoretical opportunities and are in no way automatic or guaranteed. Success requires consistent effort, development of relationship skills and time.
